At Quarks Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in their original packaging and include all tags to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Footwear
Place the unworn shoes inside their original brand box and secure them within a separate shipping mailer to protect the packaging.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it firmly to the outside of your return package, ensuring no old labels are visible.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
